The forum is not intended for private chats. There are several other ways (e.g. ICQ, E-Mail, PM) to solve your private problems.
Please keep in mind that you are talking to other human beings and therefore please keep watching in which way you are expressing your opinions. Insults of any kind are strictly forbidden
Besides your tone you are also compelled to use correct grammar.
If you got banned after expressing criticism you should always think about how you did it. It's not about what you said, but how you said it.
If you've got unsolvable problems of any kind with other users, feel free to contact a Super Moderator or a Co-Administrator who will try to conciliate.
In general, you should try to solve your private problems on your own.
§2. Creating new topics/Posting

Please don't make excessive use of smilies and punctuation marks.

§3. Forbidden topics/posts and miscellaneous

No bumming for premium points: files above the size of 50 MB are not allowed to be packed in smaller parts
No artificial increase of archives to get a valid download
No requests/topics/posts concerning Usenet/Usenext
§4. Signatures

§5. Multiple accounts

§6. Violation of the rules

If you think that you didn't deserve a warning, contact the moderator who warned you, or talk to higher instances (i.e. Super Moderators, Co-Adminstrators)
You may get banned without a warning, depending on the violation of the rules.
Creating trouble permanently, provoking or offending the authority of the staff members will lead to a permanent ban.
§7. Final information about the staff

Registering at pornrush.org has no legal consequences, as we have normal talk sections beside the warez sections.
